I'm a jeweller qualified to advanced City and Guilds with 12 years practical experience in the Birmingham Jewellery Quaters, and I am based in Birmingham in the United Kingdom. I make and design all my work so you are buying direct from the artist.
All my glass has been properly annealed (cooled slowly) to ensure strength and durability, and any glass beads that I use are cleaned of all traces of investment.
I do custom orders. If there's something you'd like to your own design, or you have a different colour in mind, just ask.
You can email me at; maurikeenan@eircom.net or write to; Mauri Keenan, 47 Hazelwood Park, Elphin, County Roscommon, Ireland.
I am available for jewellery parties. The hostess gets to choose 15% of sales value in goods.
I try very hard photograph my work to give as true a representation as I can. Colours may vary on different computer monitors. My favourite quality of dichroic glass is its ability to change colour at different angles and in different lights, this makes dichroic glass is especially difficult to photograph. It looks much better in person and if you are a fan of dichroic glass you will know exaclty what I mean.
